New, Simpler Pricing

We changed how PollQR is priced. There are now three choices, and one plan that unlocks everything.

Our old pricing had too many parts: a free plan, poll credits, a monthly plan, an annual plan, a free trial, and separate passes for competitions. People had to read a lot to find the one that fit.

It also did not match how most of you use PollQR. Most people who run a live poll have one talk, one workshop or one event coming up. A monthly subscription is the wrong tool for that. You sign up, run the event, and then have to remember to cancel. Some people forgot, and nobody likes finding that charge later.

So the new pricing starts from a simple question: how many events do you have? One poll, one event, or many events. Each has one price.

You can still try PollQR with a real audience at no cost, and you do not need a credit card. Make as many live polls as you like. Each poll shows the first 20 votes.

If more than 20 people vote, nobody is turned away. We keep every vote. When you unlock the poll, all of them appear in your results, in the order they came in.

Free polls are deleted two months after their last vote. Unlocked polls are kept.

Some talks need just one poll for a big room. For that, unlock the poll for $4.99. You can do it before the talk, from the stage, or after the room has emptied. Every vote shows, up to 10,000.

This price used to be $2.99. We raised it because a single poll is a small purchase either way, and the new price makes the next step clear: if you need four or more polls for an event, All Access for 30 days costs less and includes everything else too.

All Access gives you unlimited use of every PollQR activity, for 30 days or a full year:

This is for the presenter with one conference, one training day or one fundraiser. You pay $19 once and get All Access for 30 days. There is no subscription. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

Need more time? Add another 30 days whenever you like. The new days start when your current days end, so buying early never costs you a day. Your dashboard shows how many days you have left, and we send you an email three days before they run out.

When your 30 days end, your polls, results and Q&A sessions can be downloaded in JSON or CSV formats; after 3 months they may be subject to deletion.

If you present every week or every month, or you run surveys all year, the yearly plan is simpler. It is $199 a year, about $16.50 a month. Pay once a year and never think about it again.

Nothing changes unless you want it to.
