Founded by technology entrepreneur Steve Murch to help businesses build stronger customer relationships through better feedback collection and actionable insights.
Steve Murch is a technology entrepreneur and Harvard Business School MBA (Baker Scholar) with over 25 years of experience building consumer and business software.
His journey began at Microsoft in the mid-90s, where he led the company's Internet gaming effort that would later influence the Xbox Live platform. Since then, he's been at the forefront of digital innovation, co-founding VacationSpot and developing dynamic packaging technology at Expedia that revolutionized online travel booking.
Steve also created BigOven, the first recipe app in the App Store, which served millions of home cooks worldwide. As a patent co-author for travel inventory booking and online game matchmaking systems, he understands both the technical and business sides of creating user-focused solutions.
